Dr. Halley Could Be Throwing Your Birthday Party! Each month one lucky child is drawn to receive a birthday bash courtesy of Dr. Halley White. Parents can sit back and enjoy themselves while everything from invitations, a party location, food, paper goods and party bags are taken care of! The birthday child will receive a special personalized gift from Dr. Halley along with a photo album full of pictures from their special day.
