 Dr. Halley Could Be Throwing Your Birthday Party! Each month one lucky child is drawn to receive a birthday bash courtesy of Dr. Halley White and CapeFearKids. Parents can sit back and enjoy themselves while everything from invitations, snacks, cake, paper goods, decorations and party bags are taken care of for a party of up to 10 children! The birthday child will receive a special personalized gift from Dr. Halley along with a photo album full of pictures from their special day!
