Penelope Autry-McAllister, R.D.H, Dental Hygienist
Penelope worked as a dental assistant for two years before completing her degree in dental hygiene at Cape Fear Community College in 2004. She has spent most of her time working in pediatric dentistry and loves the challenges children bring. Penelope enjoys providing oral health education throughout the community and seeing the results these fun programs render!
Ashley Coppedge, CDA, Dental Assistant
Ashley graduated from the dental assisting program at Cape Fear Community College in 2007. She began working with Dr. Halley one month after the practice opened and has enjoyed watching it grow. She takes pride in her work and looks forward to working with families in the community to create healthy dental smiles.
Tiffany Lassiter, CDA
After completing her B.S. degree in Biology from UNCP in 2004, Tiffany went on to attend the dental assisting program at CFCC. Graduating in 2009, she joined Dr. Halley’s team in August of the same year and has been an asset both in the office and as an assistant in the operating room. Tiffany acts as the office OSHA coordinator and enjoys working with children in the setting created by Dr. Halley.
Jessica Zambrano, CDA
Jessica joined the Team in May 2010 bringing with her an always cheerful attitude and a willingness to educate. She completed her dental assisting degree at CFCC in 2006 and has worked with children ever since. Jessica is fluent in Spanish and has been a wonderful asset to the practice in this capacity. Children love her fun and friendly manner and her constant smile.
Nancy St. Onge, R.D.H, B.S., Treatment Coordinator
Nancy completed her Dental Hygiene Degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Occupations Education at North Carolina State University. She has worked many years as a private dental hygienist, educator, administrator and patient care coordinator. She also has extensive experience in pediatric dentistry. Nancy moved to Wilmington to assist Dr. Halley with the start-up of her practice.
Pam Lewis, Scheduling Coordinator
Pam has over twenty year’s dental office experience and holds a certificate in Dental Office Management. She began working in the dental field in high school and can assist you in many areas including: appointments, insurance, referrals, and general information.
Brittany Koontz, Public Relations Coordinator
Brittany has the wonderful job of creating contests for all of Dr. Halley’s patients! A graduate of UNCW in Communications Studies, Brittany builds patient relations and community ties through such avenues as advertising, patient birthday parties, community events and office to office communication. Brittany also organizes all educational opportunities including field trips to Dr. Halley's office, visits to schools and day cares and team building activities.
Teresa Wicker, Office Manager & Financial Coordinator
Teresa joined the team full time in June 2010 and has been a welcome source of organization and knowledge. Having worked in dentistry for over 33 years, Teresa acts as both Office Manager and Financial Coordinator for the team. She holds a dental assisting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and spent 15 years working as an assistant before moving into management.
